Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy:-

  • It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Product shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 24 HOURS of the product’s delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any damage reported more than 24 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by Shweta Computer Bazar for replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any.

Products that are received by Shweta Computers in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  1. Any product not purchased from Shweta Computers.
  2. Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  3. Any damage reported more than 24 HOURS after the product delivery
  4. Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  6. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  7. Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
  8. Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
  9. Special order products (Back to Back Order) are not eligible for return.

  10. Purchases for prepaid cards, gift packaging and memberships are not eligible for return.

  11. Consumable products cannot be returned to Shweta Computer Bazar. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Downloads, Paper Products, and etc. that are consumed once they are used.

Shweta Computer Bazar believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. All products carrying manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly from the respective manufacturer’s service center. No returns accepted.
  2. Any products with ‘Shweta warranty’ should be claimed from Shweta Computers only within the warranty period mentioned on the product page
  3. “Dead On Arrival” should be informed through mail / phone call to us within 24 hrs of delivery. If any delay in this DOA may not be accepted, will be directed to the respective service centers only.
  4. Replacement is provided for all other products only if informed us within 24 hrs of delivery.
  5. Returned product should be in intact condition with all accessories and original box / packing. Returns / replacement is decided on item condition Only. Physical damages caused by customers are not covered under this policy.
  6. Reverse Pickup will be arranged if your PIN code is supported by our courier partner. If reverse pickup service not available at customer location, then return shipping to be arranged by customer. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed in the form of redemption coupons, no cash refunds allowed. Coupon value Max up to Rs.100 or actual cost whichever is lower.
  7. Return shipping method shall be cost effective and acceptable by Shweta Computers as per product cost. You may get help from Shweta Computers to choose best carrier to return the products.
  8. Some products can’t be returned such as Power Cables, Batteries, Personal Care products, low cost accessories, Car Care products, etc.
  9. No refund for mobile phones.
  10. No refund for the mobiles phones with manufacturer warranty, should be directly claimed from the respective service centers only.
  11. Orders can be cancelled before shipping (upon customer request). There will be re-stocking fee for the orders over Rs.1000. Orders can’t be cancelled once shipped.
  12. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  13. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  14. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Shweta Computer Bazar marketing team has obtained on special deals or offer program products discount or discount on special occasions  like festivals, Pongal, Diwali, New year, Raksha Bandhan, Independence Day, republic Day and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  15. Shweta Computer Bazar does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  16. In case customer feels that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  17. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  18. When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our money-back guarantee. If there is any manufacturing defect and information given within 24 hrs of product received, we will cheerfully issue a full refund after verification of the same. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service.
  19. Refunds would be processed within 14 working days.
  20. Manufacturer Promotional Items: Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that includes promotional items, all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

  21. Shweta Computer Bazar Gifts: Shweta Computers may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.

Additional Terms:

  1. Title: Shweta Computer Bazar does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Shweta Computer Bazar does not take title to the refunded item.
  2. Original Shipping Charges: Your original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned.
  3. Cross-Shipping: We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.
  4. Refusing Delivery: Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15%-30% restocking fee.
